Today’s Scripture:

Isaiah 62:6, AMPC

You who…put the Lord in remembrance [of His promises], keep not silence.

JOEL OSTEEN DAILY DEVOTIONAL 6 JANUARY 2021

MESSAGE:

Most of us are good at telling God our problems, but Isaiah tells us to put the Lord in remembrance of His promises, not our problems. It’s easy to complain and say, “God, these people aren’t treating me right.

My back’s hurting, and my child isn’t doing right.” But don’t just pray the problem, pray the promises. When you face difficulties, find a promise in the Scripture and remind God of what He said about you. “God, You promised to restore health back to me. You promised You would be my vindicator. You promised that my children will be mighty in the land.”

God is not obligated to bring to pass what you say, but He is obligated to bring to pass what He says. When you say, “God, You promised,” angels go to work, forces of darkness are pushed back, chains are broken, favor is released in a new way, and impossible situations turn around. Nothing can stand against our God.

PRAYER FOR TODAY:

“Father, thank You that You know everything I need before I even ask. Thank You that I can stir up my faith and put You in remembrance of Your promises. I believe that when I say ‘You promised,’ something powerful happens because You watch over Your Word to perform it. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.”

Please don’t forget to share with your friends and families on social media so they can be blessed and be blessings to others. God bless you

The sweetest and biggest thing to ever happen to you is to make a decision to be saved through JESUS CHRIST. If you have not made that decision. Please make that decision now and say ” Lord Jesus forgive me for my sins and have mercy on me, thank you for dying for me on the cross, take me as your son / daughter and be my father. THANK YOU FOR SAVING ME, in JESUS CHRIST NAME AMEN.
If you just prayed this prayer of salvation now, please find a bible believing church where you can grow in the love and the Word of God and fellowship with them. God bless you

He is married to Victoria Osteen and he is the Pastor of Lakewood Church, an America’s largest and fastest-growing church. Joel Osteen ministry is committed to helping people from all walks of life experience the unconditional love and unending hope found only in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Joel osteen ministries believe that : the entire Bible is inspired by God, without error and the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine.

…in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world.

…Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again.

…water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

…in the regular taking of Communion as an act of remembering what the Lord Jesus did for us on the cross.

…every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God’s Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being conformed to the image of Christ.

…as children of God, we are overcomers and more than conquerors and God intends for each of us to experience the abundant life He has in store for us.
